Order By Mail:
1.

Download and print the Photo Invitations Order Form and Authorization to Reproduce form.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this file. If the file does not open when you click the link, click and hold the right mouse button and choose "Save Target As" from the pop-up menu. For macintosh users, simply click and hold the link. Once the file is saved to your computer, you can open and print it.

 
2.

Fill out both forms completely, include your photograph and your payment and mail to:

3. We will send a color proof back to you. After you approve the order, your invitations will ship within 1 week. Your original photo will be returned with your completed order.

To expedite your order, use the form below. You will still need to download and return the "Authorization to Reproduce" form. It can be mailed with your photos and payment, or faxed to: 412.921.5868.

Regular printed photographs will need to be mailed to the address above. Be sure to print your name on the back of your photos.

If you can scan your photos or have digital photos, for faster results you can email them to print@greentreeprinting.com, referencing the last name you will use below.
